OHIO — The Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Terrell Foster, who is wanted in connection with several serious charges.
Foster is facing charges including strangulation, attempted strangulation, domestic violence, two counts of endangering children, aggravated menacing, and failure to comply with manner of registering requirements.
Foster, a Black male, stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 145 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is July 9, 2000.
Authorities issued the warrant for Foster’s arrest on January 9, 2025.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to contact the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
