The U.S. Marshals and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office are leading the effort to locate and apprehend him.
Thomas is described as a Black male, 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 185 pounds.
He has black hair and brown eyes. His date of birth is March 19, 1993.
