OHIO — Law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s assistance in locating James Carter III, a 22-year-old man wanted on multiple charges, according to Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County.
Carter, born August 8, 2003, is wanted for felonious assault on a police officer, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest.
He is described as a Black male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 135 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He has been wanted since October 21, 2025.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is encouraged to contact local law enforcement or submit tips anonymously through Crime Stoppers of Cuyahoga County.
Information leading to Carter’s arrest may qualify for a reward, officials said.
