OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Three investigators are seeking Keven Barrera, 27, in connection with a series of alleged crimes, including burglary, telecommunication harassment, aggravated menacing, and criminal damaging, according to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers.
Police said Barrera allegedly broke into a residence on August 13, 2025, using a traffic cone to smash a window before entering without permission. No prior criminal history is known for Barrera, who was last reported to be homeless in the Cincinnati area.
Barrera is described as a Black male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and weighing approximately 176 pounds.
Authorities are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Cincinnati Police or submit a tip to Crime Stoppers. Tips can remain confidential, and informants may be eligible for a cash reward.
