OHIO — Cincinnati Police District Three is asking for the public’s help in locating Billy Williams, who is wanted for felony vehicle theft.
Authorities say the 46-year-old man took a vehicle without the owner’s consent on September 16, 2025, and refused to return it.
Williams is described as a Black male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He has a prior history of menacing by stalking and drug possession.
Police report that Williams was last known to reside on Lotus Hill Drive in Forest Park, Ohio. He was officially listed as wanted on October 3, 2025.
Anyone with information on Williams’ whereabouts is urged to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers or local law enforcement. Tips can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
