KENTUCKY — Authorities are asking the public’s help in locating Janessa Rosser, 25, who is wanted on several charges in Kentucky, according to Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
Rosser, a Caucasian female born on June 23, 2000, stands 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, and has long brown hair and brown eyes.
She is wanted for Theft of Identity of Another Without Consent, Operating on a Suspended or Revoked Status, Giving a Law Enforcement Officer False Identification, and Failure to Wear a Seatbelt.
The warrant for Rosser’s arrest was issued on October 15, 2025. Authorities urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact Bluegrass Crime Stoppers.
