KENTUCKY — The Lexington Police Department is actively searching for 34-year-old Christopher Wagner, who is wanted on a warrant for Theft by Deception – Including Cold Checks involving an amount between $1,000 and $10,000.
According to Bluegrass Crime Stoppers, Wagner has been wanted as of July 23, 2025.
Authorities describe him as a white male with short red hair and brown eyes. He was born on December 6, 1990.
The charge of Theft by Deception typically involves intentionally issuing bad checks or false claims in order to obtain money or goods.
Police have not released details regarding the specific incident tied to the charge.
