INDIANA — Law enforcement officials are seeking the public’s help in locating Minequa Toliver, a 5-foot-6, 200-pound Black woman with black hair and brown eyes, wanted in St. Joseph County.
Toliver is wanted for multiple offenses, including violation of a court order, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon, and carrying a handgun without a license. Authorities listed her as wanted as of Aug. 21, 2025.
Officials urge anyone with information on Toliver’s whereabouts to contact St. Joseph County authorities immediately.
