ILLINOIS — Authorities are asking the public’s help in locating Michael Benisrael, a 40-year-old man wanted on charges of domestic battery.
The Rockford Area Crime Stoppers issued a notice on June 16, 2025, identifying Benisrael as a fugitive with an active warrant in the city jurisdiction.
Officials warn that Benisrael may be dangerous and advise the public not to approach or confront him.
Police remind everyone that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
