ILLINOIS — Rockford Area Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a wanted fugitive.
Dustin Kay, 50, is currently wanted on charges of aggravated battery within city jurisdiction.
Authorities are urging residents not to approach Kay if spotted, as he may be dangerous.
