ILLINOIS — Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating James Smith Johnson, 29, who is wanted on charges of aggravated battery.
The Rockford Area Crime Stoppers issued a warning that Johnson may be dangerous and advised residents not to confront him.
Johnson is wanted by city law enforcement, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
