GEORGIA — Authorities are seeking 28-year-old Justin D. McCoy of Houston County in connection with harassment and threatening incidents.
McCoy, a Black male standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, is wanted by local law enforcement for multiple charges.
He faces a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts, as well as a misdemeanor charge of harassing communications.
