ALABAMA — Andre Paul Smith, 38, is wanted by Jefferson County authorities on a felony warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of domestic violence and strangulation.
Smith, a Black male, is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
He was born on May 16, 1987. Law enforcement reports his last known address as the 7500 block of Georgia Road in Birmingham.
The warrant was issued as of September 29, 2025, and Smith is wanted by the Birmingham Court Division of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office immediately.
