OHIO — The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating Phyllis Kash, a 56-year-old woman wanted on multiple charges.
Authorities say Kash faces Felony Telecommunications Fraud, Forgery, Misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and having Liquor in a Motor Vehicle.
Kash is described as a Black female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds. She has a prior history of Theft, Menacing, Trafficking, and Soliciting. Officials report she was last known to reside on Melbourne Terrace in Walnut Hills.
Anyone with information on Kash’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office or Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers. She has been listed as wanted as of December 4, 2025.
