OHIO — Authorities in southwest Ohio are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a woman wanted on a felony drug charge, according to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers.
Cincinnati Police District Three is searching for Monica May Marie Delay, 22, who is wanted for felony possession of drugs. Police say that on March 28, 2026, Delay was found to be in possession of fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid that has been linked to a rise in overdose cases across the region.
Delay is described as a white female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing around 260 pounds. Authorities noted that she has no known prior criminal history. She was last known to reside in Portsmouth, Ohio.
Law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information about Delay’s whereabouts to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers or their local police department. Tips can typically be submitted anonymously and may be eligible for a reward.
As with all criminal cases, Delay is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
