
OHIO — Authorities are searching for a woman wanted in connection with a reported burglary earlier this month.
According to Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers, Cincinnati Police District One has identified 28-year-old Shanise Currie as a suspect in a felony burglary case stemming from an incident on March 14, 2026. Investigators allege that Currie forcibly entered a residence without the victim’s consent.
Police describe Currie as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing around 110 pounds. She was last known to reside on Idlewild Avenue in Cincinnati’s Evanston neighborhood.
Officials say Currie has a prior history of theft and disorderly conduct. She has been listed as wanted since March 17, 2026.
Anyone with information on Currie’s whereabouts is urged to contact Greater Cincinnati Crime Stoppers or Cincinnati Police District One. Tipsters may be eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to an arrest.
