KENTUCKY — The Monticello Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a theft investigation.
Authorities are searching for Joseph Swart and are urging anyone who has seen him or knows his whereabouts to contact the department’s Crime Tip-Line at 606-688-7676.
Police said all tips will remain anonymous.
No other information has been released at this time.
