ALABAMA — Authorities in Jefferson County are searching for a man wanted on a felony charge, according to Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama.
Officials say 35-year-old Darrell Ladarion Leonard is wanted on a warrant charging him with second-degree aggravated assault. The warrant was issued in Jefferson County, and Leonard has been listed as wanted since March 26, 2026.
Leonard is described as a Black male, standing approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 200 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes. According to authorities, his date of birth is June 29, 1990.
Investigators say Leonard’s last known address was in the 800 block of Hagwood Road in Birmingham, Alabama. The case is being handled by the Birmingham Court Division in coordination with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
