OHIO — Authorities are searching for suspects after a person was assaulted and robbed inside a home early Friday morning.
Police said they received a call around 3:32 a.m. from a person reporting they had been attacked. When officers arrived, they found the victim with visible injuries. The individual was treated at the scene and later taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to detectives, unknown suspects entered the home through a side door and struck the victim with a cylindrical metal object, causing injuries to the head, arm, and legs. The suspects then stole firearms and a cellphone before fleeing.
