NORTH CAROLINA — The Pitt County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 34-year-old woman last seen in early October.
Officials say Shakila Garfield weighs about 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Investigators noted her current clothing is unknown, and she may have green-tinted hair due to a dye reaction.
