OHIO — Authorities in Mansfield, Ohio, are seeking public assistance in locating Ryan Jeffrey Bell, a 17-year-old boy who was reported missing on December 22, 2024.
Ryan is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
At the time of his disappearance, Ryan was last seen wearing black and red sweatpants along with a gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt.
