VIRGINIA — Virginia State Police have issued a CODI (Critically Missing Child) Alert for 7-year-old Annalise Allen, who was reported missing from Northwest Roanoke on Sunday night.
Annalise was last seen around 10 p.m. on Bennett Drive, according to the Roanoke Police Department.
Authorities believe she may be with 41-year-old Martina Pamplin, a woman with black hair and brown eyes. The pair may be traveling in a black Jeep Compass with unknown license plates.
State Police said the disappearance poses a credible threat to the child’s health and safety, based on information provided by the investigating agency.
