SOUTH CAROLINA — The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered man, but warns that he should not be approached.
According to a social media post made Wednesday morning, 23-year-old Cedric Turner was last seen around 3 a.m. in the area of Civic Center Boulevard.
He was wearing a black hoodie, black pants, New Balance tennis shoes, and carrying a black backpack.
Deputies say Turner is experiencing mental health issues, and for safety reasons, the public is advised not to approach him.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office.
