OHIO — Authorities are searching for a missing and endangered man who walked away from his Cleveland home Saturday afternoon and has not been seen since.
According to a statewide Missing Adult Alert, 65-year-old Otis Williams was last seen around 1 p.m. leaving his residence on Dove Avenue. He has not returned.
Williams is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 195 pounds, with black hair that is graying and brown eyes. He suffers from dementia and schizophrenia and has a heart condition.
Police say he does not have his medication with him, increasing concern for his well-being.
