Police searching for missing person in Ohio

OHIO — Authorities are searching for a missing elderly man last seen early Sunday morning in Cuyahoga County.

According to police, 80-year-old David Eklund left his home on Deep Creek Lane in Moreland Hills on foot around midnight and has not returned.

He does not have his cell phone with him.

Eklund has a history of depression and requires medication.

He is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Eklund’s whereabouts is urged to call Chagrin Valley Dispatch at 440-247-7321.
