Police searching for missing person in North Carolina

NORTH CAROLINA — The Wake Forest Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 41-year-old Serena Marie Hoover, who was reported missing Tuesday evening.

Hoover was last seen around 8:30 p.m. walking on Main Divide Drive near Dashwood Drive and Glazebrook Drive, according to police.

She is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.

At the time she was last seen, Hoover was wearing a light blue shirt, black leggings, light gray socks, and no shoes.

Authorities believe Hoover is suffering from a form of cognitive impairment, though she is not considered a danger to herself or others.
