NORTH CAROLINA — The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman last seen earlier this month.
Alexis Scott, 46, was last spotted in Onslow County at approximately 4:30 p.m. on June 9, 2025, walking along the 2700 block of White Oak River Road.
At the time, she was wearing white shorts, a black and white floral button-up top, neon green sneakers, and carrying a red backpack.
She was later seen around 9:30 a.m. on Friday near the 700 block of Broad Creek Road in New Bern, this time wearing a beige one-piece dress and still carrying the red backpack.
Authorities believe Scott may be attempting to travel to Las Vegas.
