KENTUCKY — The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 50-year-old man who has been missing since early August.
Authorities say Jonathan Ploof was last seen on August 3 near the Burger King and Walmart in Morehead. According to the sheriff’s office, Ploof had been camping in the Daniel Boone National Forest at the time.
Ploof does not have a vehicle and is known to walk along area highways, officials said.
Anyone who has seen Ploof or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.
