INDIANA — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 25-year-old man last seen on the southwest side of Indianapolis.
According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Vincent Eliyahu Smith was last seen on February 23, 2026, leaving his home in the 2900 block of South Fleming Street.
Authorities said Smith left without his personal belongings or his vehicle. He was last seen wearing a black coat and gray sweatpants.
Police describe Smith as 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 185 pounds, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. Officials also noted that he is prior military and may require medical assistance.
Anyone who locates Smith is urged to call 911 immediately. Those with information about his whereabouts are asked to contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at 317-327-6160 or Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at 317-262-TIPS.
The case remains under investigation.
