Police searching for missing person in Alabama

ALABAMA — The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating Amy Lynn Phillips, 40, who was last seen on April 1, 2025.

Phillips, who is 5’6”, 135 pounds, with red hair and hazel eyes, was in Decatur, Alabama, for a work assignment from Texas.

She was last seen leaving the Clarion Pointe Motel at 810 6th Ave. NE in Decatur and was last known to be in Huntsville, where she dropped off a rental car at the airport on the same day.

Authorities urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact the Decatur Police Department at 256-341-4660.
