ALABAMA — The Florence Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 86-year-old man who was last seen earlier this month.
Police said William Ray Dillard was last seen on Feb. 5, 2026, in the area of Smith Wood Apartments in Florence. Authorities said Dillard is believed to be living with a condition that may impair his judgment.
Dillard is described as a white male who stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs approximately 190 pounds. No additional details about his clothing at the time he was last seen were released.
