OHIO — Authorities are searching for 15-year-old Layla Garcia, who was reported missing early Sunday morning in Northwest Ohio.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office issued an endangered missing child alert for multiple counties, including Allen, Auglaize, Defiance, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, and Wood Counties.
Layla was last seen leaving her home on Road 24 in Cloverdale. Witnesses reported seeing her get into a car at the end of her driveway.
The make and model of the vehicle remain unknown. Authorities believe she may be with an adult male.
Layla is described as white, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
