Police searching for missing man in Ashville

ASHVILLE, OH — Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating Norris Virgil Johnson, who was reported missing from his home in Ashville, Ohio.

Johnson, who also goes by the name “Virgil,” was last seen between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on October 10, 2024.

Johnson was reportedly wearing a grey sweat suit, an unknown colored toboggan, and grey and orange tennis shoes at the time of his disappearance.

He is described as 5’10” tall, weighing 206 pounds, with brown eyes and a bald head.

Law enforcement is asking anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to contact their local authorities immediately.

Johnson is officially listed as a missing person.

For any tips or leads, the public is urged to contact the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau.
