OHIO — Police in Ohio are asking for the public’s help in locating 49-year-old Luis Medina Garcia, who has been reported missing and is considered endangered.
According to a statement from Cleveland Police, Medina Garcia was reported missing on Jan. 8, 2024, by an out-of-state contact.
He is unsheltered and has medical conditions, raising concerns for his well-being.
Medina Garcia was last seen on Dec. 13, 2024, when a mutual relative dropped him off on Clifton Road.
He was supposed to head toward West 50th Street and Clark Avenue but has not been heard from since.
Police say all efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful. He is known to stay in the area of the 13500 block of Edgewater occasionally.
Medina Garcia is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
