Police searching for missing and endangered 78-year-old Ohio man

CLEVELAND — Cleveland Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 78-year-old man, Pedro Espinal, who is considered endangered.

Espinal was last seen in the 3600 block of Bosworth Avenue, according to a police release.

He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 149 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark blue sweater, black pants, and a black hat with red lettering.

Police noted that Espinal has dementia, which may cause him to forget his whereabouts or display aggressive behavior.

He speaks only Spanish, adding to the urgency of the search.

Authorities also mentioned that the photo released of Espinal is three years old.

Anyone with information on Espinal’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Cleveland Police First District at 216-623-5100 or the non-emergency number at 216-621-1234.
