OHIO — The Dayton Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 18-year-old Lilli Rose Hartley-Harris, who was last seen on October 8, 2025.
Hartley-Harris, who also goes by Toria Denise Smith, was last seen around 2:55 p.m. in the 4400 block of Hoover Avenue. She was wearing a black hoodie at the time of her disappearance.
Authorities said Hartley-Harris functions at the developmental level of a young child, making her particularly vulnerable.
