PENNSYLVANIA — Police in Ashley are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager who has not been seen for more than a week.
According to the Ashley Police Department, 17-year-old Jade Alvelo has been missing since she left her home in Ashley. Officers said her disappearance has raised concern as she has not returned or been in contact with family members.
Jade is described as being 5 feet tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has brown eyes, purple and blue hair, a nose ring, and a heart-shaped tattoo on her left hand. Police said she was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket, black leggings, and black calf-high boots.
Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen Jade or has information about her whereabouts to contact the Ashley Police Department in Luzerne County.
