OHIO — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Isaiah Jayson Werts-Ybarra, who has been reported missing from Toledo.
Werts-Ybarra was last seen on October 17, 2025.
He is described as a white male, 5-foot-8 tall, weighing 156 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Officers noted that he has tattoos on his left shoulder and right arm.
The Toledo Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Werts-Ybarra’s whereabouts to contact them immediately at (419) 245-3340.
