SOUTH CAROLINA — The Jasper County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
According to a spokesperson, deputies are searching for Ayanna Moon, a 16-year-old girl who was last seen Sunday around 9 p.m. in the Freedom Parkway area near Speedway Boulevard. Authorities said Moon is approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall, weighs about 120 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Investigators reported that Moon was last seen wearing a red hoodie with white lettering and khaki pants. Deputies have not released additional details about the circumstances of her disappearance but said efforts to locate her are ongoing.
