OHIO — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager who was last seen earlier this week in Middletown.
According to the Middletown Police Department, 16-year-old Jonathan Lee Gindele has been reported missing after he was last seen on January 19, 2026, in Middletown. Jonathan is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, weighing about 130 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.
Police said Jonathan was last seen wearing a green hoodie with white flowers on it, blue jeans, a white ski mask, and red and black shoes. Authorities have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.
Investigators are urging anyone who may have seen Jonathan or who has information that could help locate him to come forward. Anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact the Middletown Police Department at (513) 425-7700.
