
TEXAS — Police in Beaumont are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old boy described as a “critical missing” child.
According to the Beaumont Police Department, Taiden Armstrong was reported missing Monday morning after officers were called to a home in the 3900 block of North Major Drive around 7:15 a.m.
Investigators said Armstrong was last seen inside the home around 9 p.m. Sunday and is believed to have left sometime afterward. Police noted that the teen has autism and may have wandered away.
Armstrong is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall with a high-top haircut. He was last seen wearing black joggers, no shirt and blue-and-black Jordan tennis shoes.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Beaumont Police Department at 409-832-1234.
The case remains under investigation.
