GEORGIA — Police in Atlanta are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 12-year-old boy.
According to the Atlanta Police Department, Collin Shorty was last seen around 5:50 p.m. Wednesday after leaving his mother outside the Pic N Pay store located at 2621 Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway NW.
Investigators say Collin is approximately 5 feet tall and weighs about 100 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a gray hoodie, black joggers and white shoes.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Collin’s whereabouts to contact 911. Tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or to the Atlanta Police Department’s Special Victims Unit at 404-546-4260.
The case remains under investigation.
