OHIO — Authorities are searching for an inmate who escaped from the Muskingum County Jail on Saturday evening.
According to the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Wayne S. Pletcher fled the jail shortly after 5:00 p.m. and was last seen on 4th Street.
Officials believe he may have received assistance from a white female.
Pletcher is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 240 pounds. He has a tattoo of the name “Victoria” on the right side of his neck and full sleeve tattoos on both arms.
At the time of his escape, he was wearing a tan shirt and tan pants.
Authorities say Pletcher was being held on multiple felony charges.
