ALABAMA — Officials are investigating a possible drug overdose after a woman was found dead early Friday morning, the Foley Police Department reported.
According to a news release, officers were called to Baldwin Health ER around 5:15 a.m. after the woman’s death. Initial investigation indicated signs of a drug overdose.
Information gathered during the investigation led authorities to a building in the 500 block of Michigan Avenue.
A search warrant was issued, and a search of the building is currently underway.
Police said the investigation is ongoing and no further details have been released at this time.
