
LOUISIANA — Baton Rouge Police are investigating a possible shooting involving an East Baton Rouge Parish school bus Wednesday morning.
Officers responded to Capital Elementary School around 6:49 a.m. after reports that a school bus may have been shot at, according to police.
The bus driver told officers she was traveling north on Foster Drive when she heard two “pops” and then noticed an impact on her windshield. Police said the driver was not injured.
No additional injuries were reported, and authorities have not released further details about potential suspects.
The investigation remains ongoing.
