PENNSYLVANIA — State police in Indiana County are investigating an attempted kidnapping of a 17-year-old girl Wednesday evening.
Authorities say the girl was walking home around 8:30 p.m. along Apple Lane in Center Township when she encountered an unknown male in her driveway.
The suspect, described as a male of average build wearing black clothing and a ski mask, allegedly grabbed the teenager’s arm.
Police report the victim was able to pull away and flee. Troopers arrived at the scene around 9:15 p.m., canvassed the area, interviewed neighbors, and reviewed surveillance footage, but have not uncovered further information.
