Police chase runaway pumpkin inflatable in Ohio

CLEVELAND — Bay Village police in Cleveland, Ohio, responded to an unusual call when a giant inflatable pumpkin was found blocking a road.

According to the police department, officers arrived on the scene and were able to return the pumpkin to its owner with the help of backup officers.

No harm was done to officers or the pumpkin during the incident, according to Bay Village police.

The lighthearted event comes as excitement builds across North America for Halloween on October 31.
