Police attempting to identify armed juveniles who walked through homeowner’s property in North Carolina

NORTH CAROLINA — Kinston Police are investigating an early-morning incident in which three juveniles were captured on video walking through a homeowner’s property, with one appearing to point a handgun, officials said.

C-Squad officers responded Thursday, October 30, to a residence on St. George Place after receiving a suspicious activity call. The homeowner provided video footage from a Ring Camera showing the three individuals on the property between 3:00 and 3:30 a.m.

Police reviewed the footage and noted that one juvenile was seen retrieving and pointing a handgun while walking across the property. Officers conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate the juveniles.

The Kinston Police Department released the video to remind the community to remain vigilant, report suspicious activity, and stay aware of their surroundings.
