OHIO — A Toledo woman has been arrested and charged after allegedly using her vehicle to intentionally strike a person.
According to court records, Tynitra Jacobs drove over a curb in an apparent attempt to purposely hit the victim.
Authorities have not released information on whether Jacobs knew the victim.
The condition of the victim is currently unknown.
Jacobs has been charged with Felonious Assault, a second-degree felony.
The case remains under investigation.
