
OHIO — A man was taken to the hospital Wednesday night after being shot during an altercation in the 3300 block of Alexis Road, according to the Colerain Township Police Department.
Officers responded around 8:15 p.m. and found a man lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound. He was transported to UC Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
Police located the suspected shooter still at the scene and took him into custody. The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Ramaud Biggers, has been charged with felonious assault and was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Investigators say the shooting stemmed from a fight between the two men. Neighbors reported hearing arguing and screaming moments before the gunfire.
